Many e-signature documents need to include a Yes or No option field for the signer(s) to check. This is for options like accepting or rejecting coverage. Only one of the two buttons may be checked and one button is required to be checked. This is for options like accepting or rejecting coverage where only one of the two buttons may be checked.

Currently, the first version of radio buttons is limited to Yes/No questions-- two choices. In the future, this will be enhanced to allow for more choices per radio button.
