Reminder Timing for the Reminders Feature in Indio

If you use the Smart Reminders feature, Indio will follow-up on a scheduled cadence with your clients.

If you check the box labeled "Send smart reminders to client" Indio will send automated reminders to your users via email. These reminders will be formatted differently depending on how far away the due date is.

Frequency and Tone of Reminder Emails

  • More than 2 months before the due date, reminders are sent with a "light touch" tone.

  • 1-2 months before the due date, reminders are sent with a "light touch" tone.

  • 7-30 days before the due date, reminders are sent with a "medium touch" tone.

  • Less than 7 days before the due date, reminders are sent with an "urgent" tone.

  • After the due date, reminders are sent with a "past deadline" tone.

The below table outlines the differences between the High, Moderate, and Low Frequency options.

Example Emails

Below are examples of the different emails sent. In this example Amy Sherald is the agent’s name and Kiki’s Flower Delivery is the client’s company name. Emails will include your brokerage’s logo and the agent’s email signature if enabled.
