To log into Indio you must have a unique link, an email address, and a one time password. 

The unique link will be given to you by your Insurance Agent and the email address for your user login will be the email that your agent has in Indio. The one time password will be sent to your email address or phone that is linked to your profile and the code will contain 5 digits. Once you receive the code you will go back to the Indio log in and enter the number, at which point in time access will be granted to the Indio platform. 

This new step has been introduced as a way to add an additional layer of security. Check out the video below on what this looks like.
