What is it?
The reports dashboard allows you as an Admin user to track both your agency's and client's usage on the platform.
Benefits of the feature:
The ability to track platform usage will allow you to determine who is having trouble on the platform and may need additional training or assistance. This feature also allows you to see what features the users are utilizing as well.
How to use the feature:
The default agents report dashboard will show the following metrics:
The number of unique logins by your agents
The number of agents who have completed at least 1 "activity" in the Indio that week including creating/marketing a submission, adding a form, sending an e-signature request, etc
How many applications your agents have added
How many e-signatures have been requested
This lets you keep track of a few different metrics that could be useful to your organization, such as:
Frequent users within your organization
What your employees are accomplishing within Indio
Curious as to how your Insureds are engaging with Indio? Our Reports feature sheds light on these data points as well. Some of the information that we compile includes:
Client logins
Comments added
Forms signed
Forms submitted
Email History Report lets you keep track of the emails triggered. This report provides an audit log on all the emails.
Accessing the Reports Dashboard
At any time, you can select a single data point on the graphical reports and click on it to drill down to the underlying data, making it easy to zoom in on a specific area to get more insights.
