You can create a profile for yourself in Indio to show your picture, certifications, and contact information. This will help bring your face and your brand to the client experience. To start with, this information will show in the client portal. In the future, this information will also show in emails sent from Indio to your clients on your behalf.

How Profiles Work:

  1. Click the green circle in the upper right-hand corner and choose My Profile & Settings.

  2. Under the My Profile tab, users can add a photo and other information such as their certifications and designations, title, phone number, and office address.

  • Choose from the drop-down list of certifications and designations, or type in a new one.

  • Your profile is not shown in the client portal by default. After adding content, simply toggle the switch next to Show my profile in the client portal to have your profile shown on the client portal for any client that you are assigned to in Indio.

    3. The Email Signature tab allows you to choose which fields from My Profile or your admin level settings to display on your external email signature from Indio. Use Preview Example to view as it would display in a live email.

    4. The Account Settings tab allows the user to link their email provider to Indio. Email integration will allow emails from Indio to be sent from the agents email address and a copy will be placed in their Sent Items folder. See Email Integration for Agents for more info.

    • Change Password will allow a logged in user to email their password for Indio.

    5. The Notifications tab will default to all email notifications as on. Users can select which types of Summary and Client Activity notifications will be emailed to their agent email address.
