Accessing Indio From Epic

You can now access Indio right from Epic from several areas or a few clicks

  1. Locate the account in Epic and open it to the Account Detail screen.

  2. Verify under Account Detail, Servicing Tab, that there is at least 1 employee tied to any servicing role, and the employee record is completed with First Name, Last Name, and Email address.

  3. Under Contacts, verify that there is at least one Individual Contact created, completed with First Name, Last Name, and Email address.

  4. Back on the Account Detail screen, or the Policy List, click Actions, Export to Indio.

  5. Indio will launch, and prompt the user to login, if not previously signed into Indio.

  6. If the account was not in Indio, it will bring up a review screen for the account with an option to export. Choose Import from Epic.

    1. If the account is missing a required import setting, the screen will display the problem, allowing the user to correct the issue and try again.

  7. If the account was already in Indio, it will open the account.

Renewal:

  1. Utilize the Renewal Manager Tool in Epic

  2. Select client in renewals manager

  3. Click Export to Indio on the bottom toolbar

  4. This opens Indio to the existing client screen

Indio Submissions under Epic Quotes:

Please note that you will only be able to access Indio Submissions from Epic if 1) you are using Epic Browser and 2) your agency has a license for Epic Quotes Personal Lines
