Accessing Indio From Epic

You can now access Indio right from Epic from several areas or a few clicks

New Business:

  1. Locate Lead/Prospect in Epic

  2. Open Lead/Prospect

  3. Fill in basic information and view the Client Lookup Code:

a. Account Name

b. Main Business Contact

c. Individual Contact also listed as Primary Contac

d. Address

e. Phone Number

f. Click Import

g. All of the client’s information is now in Indio

Renewal:

  1. Utilize the Renewal Manager Tool in Epic

  2. Select client in renewals manager

  3. Click Export to Indio on the bottom toolbar

  4. This opens Indio to the existing client screen

Indio Submissions under Epic Quotes:

Please note that you will only be able to access Indio Submissions from Epic if 1) you are using Epic Browser and 2) your agency has a license for Epic Quotes Personal Lines
