We're excited to share that we'll soon be delivering an update to Indio's platform that features a new, simpler navigation.
We worked closely with several of you, our customers, to learn how to further simplify Indio's workflow and navigation to:
Save you time by reducing the number of clicks it takes to move between clients.
Make it easier to train and onboard agency team members and new customers.
Provide a navigation that aligns closely with your day-to-day workflow outside of the Indio platform.
Leading up to the release of the new, simpler navigation, we have put together a visual walkthrough of how it will look and work.
Main Dashboard
Current Navigation - Here you can see the navigation bar is on the left-hand side of the Indio platform.
New Navigation - Once released, the new, top navigation bar will reduce the number of clicks it takes for you to move between:
Accounts
Forms
Reports
Admin
This new, simpler top navigation is universal across the Indio platform and remains in place wherever you navigate to within Indio.
The Account Profile:
Current Account Profile Navigation - When viewing your account's profile, you currently have a tab located above your account's submissions allowing you to navigate to the account's:
Submission
Documents
E-Signature
Activity
On the right-hand side of your account's profile, there is a navigation bar that provides you:
Your account's name
Your account's contacts
Link to your account's portal
Agent's name assigned to the account
Account's entities
