What is it?

Indio has improved the accessibility of the platform on smaller screens and mobile devices in an effort to make the platform more accessible, modern, and simpler to use.

Benefits of the feature:

With the improvement of Indio's user experience on small screens, for example, mobile devices, information on the Indio platform formally only accessible on a desktop monitor is now accessible on smaller screens providing you the ability to navigate the rest of the product.

How it works:

To navigate and access information on Indio while using a small screen device, for example, a mobile device, click the icon on the top left corner of the Indio platform that resembles three horizontal lines stacked on top of one another (this icon is known as the 'hamburger' icon). Once open, you have the ability to navigate to your desired location within Indio and access the Submissions, Documents, E-signature, Policies, Activity, and Manage Account pages.

It's important to note that while Indio is not a mobile app, nor is it optimized for use on mobile devices, these enhancements make Indio mobile friendly.
