When it is necessary for an Indio employee to access your brokerage's Indio account to provide support they will request that you grant them temporary access.

The Indio employee will either send you a link you can click and/or send you an email with a "Grant Access" button to click.

The link will take you to Indio and you will see a green bar appear across the top of the screen letting you know that you have successfully granted access to the Indio employee.

Indio employees will retain access to assist you for 30 days then they will be automatically deactivated from your brokerage. An admin user at your brokerage may remove an Indio employee from the brokerage at any time by navigating to Admin > Team Management > Indio Team and clicking "Deactivate Agent" for the Indio employee.

An agent with any permissions level in Indio (employee, manager, admin) can grant temporary access to an Indio employee for support.

Still have questions? Feel free to chat with our Support Team! The chat feature is located in the bottom, right-hand corner of the platform, or email at support@useindio.com.

Note: The Indio Technologies platform is most optimized for Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox internet browsers. If you use Internet Explorer (IE) 10 or less, there may be limited functionality as a result. Internet Explorer (IE) 10 will reach end of support on January 31, 2020.
