There is a section for document review requests for a client on the Data Collection tab for a submission. This type of request can be used to ask the client to review documents and, if needed, revise and securely upload revised versions of the documents. This is useful for documents like a statement of values, schedules in Excel spreadsheets, loss runs, or policy history.
Click "+ Add" for Document Review Requests to enter a new request. Use the Note field to explain what document review and revision actions are needed.
Click Add Request to return to the submission page and see the new request.
In the client portal, document review requests appear below the forms.
A client clicks on a request or clicks the Review button to see the details.
A client clicks the download arrow icon to download a document to their web browser. If the document is a PDF file, they can also click the Review button to see a preview of the PDF.
A client can upload a revised version of a document by clicking Upload Documents and browsing to a document folder on their computer.
When a client is done reviewing and uploading revised documents (as needed) you have requested, they click "Mark as Complete" to finish the request. If there are any documents they have not reviewed yet, they will get a warning message that all the documents must be reviewed before the request can be marked as completed.
If notifications are turned on, you will receive an e-mail notification when revised documents are uploaded and when a client marks a document review and revision request as completed. Uploaded documents also appear under Activities.
On the Data Collection tab for a submission, the status of the request indicates that documents have been reviewed and/or revised and the request is completed.
Documents uploaded for a document request also appear on the Documents tab.
