What is it?
We’ve released the option to use advanced account access permissions for managing your agency’s users.
Benefits of the feature:
These new user types and account access levels allow you to have more granular control over account access permissions for each of the user types. This aligns well with the larger organizational structure, access level, and security needs.
Note: This feature is only available upon request. When enabled the existing 'Employee' agent type users will be by default mapped to the 'Standard Agent' user type with Assigned Accounts access, existing 'Manager' agent type users to 'Standard Agent' user type with Regional Accounts access and Admin agent type to 'Enterprise Admin' user type with Agency access, with an option to change the default settings. To learn more about or to enable the new User Types and Account Access Levels, feel free to chat with our support team using the chat feature located in the bottom right-hand corner of the platform or email support@useindio.com.
How to use the feature:
In Indio click Admin, Team Management.
Click an existing users to view the security permissions. There are two user types to choose from 'Standard Agent' or 'Enterprise Admin'.
After verifying the users basic information, you will need to select their account access level. There are three new different access levels within Indio:
Assigned Accounts: Selecting this grants full editing access only to client accounts that are assigned to the agent or created by the agent.
Regional Accounts: Selecting this grants full editing access to client accounts within their associated region(s).
Agency Accounts: Selecting this grants full editing access to all client accounts for their entire agency.
