Why did we enable this feature?

Decimal points are confusing and non-standard for many currency fields (especially coverage limits) within the schedule template.

Benefits of the Feature:

This feature helps improve the readability of currency fields by enabling agents and clients to show and hide decimals as needed.

How Does the Feature Work:

1. Decimals are hidden by default on currency fields

2. Decimals can now be shown to the agent or client via the new column drop-down option for currency fields

3. Decimals can also be shown if an agent or client manually types the decimal into one of the cells in any row.

4. Finally, decimals can be hidden again by the agent or client via the column drop-down option for currency fields

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs):

Q: With respect to the showing and hiding of decimals, will the client schedule workbook view be independent of the agent’s schedule workbook view?

A: Yes

Q: If the agent downloads the excel spreadsheet, will the spreadsheet match what’s being shown in the schedule in terms of decimals?

A: Yes
