What is it?

The ImageRight integration allows agents to import applications within a submission in Indio directly into ImageRight.

Benefits of the feature:

This feature is helpful for agencies who are dependent on ImageRight to store all of their files, documentation, and miscellaneous client information.

How does the feature work:

You’ll need to set up an email receiver address in ImageRight first and provide that to us. Emails that come from Indio will have a custom body that contains the appropriate file number. For AMS360 we assume that your files will be using the Customer Number and for Sagitta, we use the Client Code.

To create an email receiver, head into the ImageRight Management Console and go into Services -> Email Receiver. The email address that you use here will be the one that you will need to give your Indio customer success manager in order to setup the integration.

You'll also want to go over to the indexing options and select to use the "5.x Indexing" which will allow this email receiver to auto-associate incoming documents with the appropriate client file.

For further customization you can, use the workflow tools in ImageRight/WorkSmart you can choose how you'd like to automatically file documents within a client file. If you're able to write scripts for ImageRight we can also send you further information in the subject line to parse and file documents.

Usage

Within a client profile on Indio, click on the three dots on the top right corner and select the "Send to ImageRight" option. You will get an error message if you have not set up a client code for this account. If you're using our Sagitta or AMS360 integrations all clients should automatically have a client code in Indio. Otherwise, you may need to manually enter the client code into the client details.

You will be prompted to choose the forms and the schedules that you'd like to send to ImageRight. Once you click the Send button, Indio will automatically send a separate email to the email receiver address with a subject line template for that document and the relevant document attached.
