What is it?
The option for Agents to turn off previously-enabled smart reminders for clients from the “Send to Client” feature.
How to Use the Feature
If you have Smart Reminders turned on for any of the submissions within your clients, you will have the option to turn these off, if desired. Within the submission box, navigate to the Actions button and select “Turn Off Reminders” as shown in the image below.
Important: If you do not see an option to "Turn Off Reminders" on a submission, it means there are currently no smart reminders set on that particular submission.
Reminders can be turned back on in the same fashion as initially performed, when selecting the "Send or Resend to Client" action. If you want to see how to turn on reminders, please see our Help Center article here.
