Indio Admin Training - During this session we will cover admin tools in Indio including setting up new users, running agent and client usage reports, setting up eSignature, schedule templates, and more!
Indio Epic Servicing Training - This session will explore Epic & Indio bi-directional integration to add accounts, create submissions, and update policies within Applied Epic. In addition, the process of sending submissions, using eSignature, and Indio client perspective.
Indio Producer Training - During this session we will cover an overview of Indio, profile & settings, creating and using Lead Capture pages, and the Indio client perspective.
Indio Epic Refresher Training – This class is for agents who have been through the main training and looking for a refresh on the workflows. This session will review using Epic and Indio bi-directional integration to create renewal submissions and update your policies within Epic. In addition, the process of sending submissions to clients, using eSignature tools, the Indio client perspective, and managing submissions/attachments will be covered.
