  • Indio Admin Training - This group session provides an overview of Indio, including the use of Indio Reports, Admin Tools, and Profile settings for your agency’s designated Admin.

  • Indio Epic Servicing Training - This session the Indio process to add accounts, create submissions, schedule workbooks, documents, and more. In addition, the process of sending submissions, using E-Signature, and the Indio client perspective.

  • Indio Producer Training - This group session will review Indio from the Producer perspective. This group session includes an overview of the agent view, My Profile and Settings, and creating Lead Capture Pages.

  • Indio Epic Refresher Training – This class is for agents who have been through the main training and looking for a refresh on the workflows. This session will review using Epic and Indio bi-directional integration to create renewal submissions and update your policies within Epic. In addition, the process of sending submissions to clients, using eSignature tools, the Indio client perspective, and managing submissions/attachments will be covered.

  • Interactive Learning Tracs in the Applied University, Learning Catalogs, Service Team Workflows – Indio and Admin Workflows – Indio.

  • Indio Office Hours - Work with a Specialist in a public, drop-in session to address specific training questions as you learn, practice and apply Indio workflows
