How to Sign into Indio as an Agent or Client using the Same Email

This article will detail the differences on signing in if your email address is associated with an agent account or client account.

We understand it is possible to have both an Agent profile and a Client profile attached to the same email. However, this can cause some confusion in the signing in process.

When signing in as either an agent or client, please make sure to confirm that your agency’s logo is there. (If it does not appear, please refresh the browser and confirm it now appears.)

1. Once you have confirmed your agency’s logo is there, please input your email address and press “Continue.”

2. A window will appear letting you know that your email address is associated with an agent and client account. Please select either Agent or Client.

3. If you select Agent, it will take you to the Login Page. Please enter your password and press “Log In.”

4. If you select Client, it will ask you to enter the login code that is emailed to you.

5. If you need to switch from Agent to Client or vice versa, you must Sign out first. You can do this by following the image below and clicking “Sign Out.”
