What is it?

Some agents have both an Agent and Client profile associated with their Indio log in email address. This can cause confusion when agents log into the incorrect portal like 'Where are my submissions?' or 'Why can I not add forms for my client to fill out?', etc.

Benefits of the feature:

Indio provides a separate platform interface for Agents and Clients, which allows for you to identify which portal you are currently logged into.

How to use the feature:

Here is a quick view of the differences between the Agent and Client home screens:

Agent Profile

  • The "Accounts List" is ONLY available for agents/brokers

  • Top search bar provides options for features such as Accounts, Forms, Reports, and Admin

  • The client portal will provide many more options to edit information, check client activity, sync with your AMS, etc.

Insured/Client Profile

  • This portal provides a simpler layout for your clients as they complete their applications

  • Agent/Broker(s) information will be displayed on the right
