The Form Library lists all the forms that are digitized and available for use on the Indio platform. You can search, as well as select from pre-designated tabs to view ACORD forms, only your agency-specific forms or only favorited forms, and use filters to see forms by type or line of business.

How Form Library works:

  1. The Form Library default view shows All Forms sorted alphabetically. Each row displays the form name and description, if available, the usage count, which is the number of times this form has been used by your brokerage, and the favorites icon.

2. You can switch tabs from the default All Forms together to view only ACORD Forms, only your Agency Forms, or only your Favorites.

3. You can use the search box or click "Filters" to filter by type or line of business.

4. Click on any form to preview it.

5. Click the star icon in the far right column to favorite or un-favorite any form. When the star is gold it means that this form has been marked as one of your favorites and will appear in your Favorites tab.
