If you would like to add a new account into Indio manually, we have created a simple process for creating a new client within the platform. To begin, take a look at your home screen. You should see a list of accounts that are assigned to you. Within the upper right hand corner of this box, you will see a button labeled New Client:
After selecting this button, you will be prompted to fill out a couple of pages of client details. Should you have an integration with Indio, here is where you would likewise input the AMS Code to import the client directly:
After these vitals are created, simply click create client and you're ready to go! A client page is created for the account with account level details available on the right hand side of the screen.
