We were excited to share that we delivered an update to Indio's platform that featured a new, simpler navigation.
We worked closely with several of you, our customers, to learn how to further simplify Indio's workflow and navigation to:
Save you time by reducing the number of clicks it takes to move between clients.
Make it easier to train and onboard agency team members and new customers.
Provide a navigation that aligns closely with your day-to-day workflow outside of the Indio platform.
Main Dashboard
Navigation - Top navigation bar will reduce the number of clicks it takes for you to move between:
Submissions
Accounts
Forms
Reports
Admin - Only available if user role is admin.
This new, simpler top navigation is universal across the Indio platform and remains in place wherever you navigate to within Indio.
The Account Profile:
Account Profile Navigation - When viewing your account's profile, you currently have a tab located above your account's submissions allowing you to navigate to the account's:
Submission
Policies
Documents
E-Signature
Activity
Manage Account
On the right-hand side of your account's profile, there is a navigation bar that provides you Account info such as:
Client Contacts
Account's Entities
Epic Client Lookup Code - If account is connected to Epic.
Business Info
Assigned Agents
Indio Digital Assistant
The Top navigation bar remains in place with the options to move between:
Submissions
Accounts
Forms
Reports
Admin - Only available if user role is admin.
