When it is necessary for an Indio employee to access your brokerage's Indio account to provide support they will request that an agent grant them temporary access, as outlined in this article. Indio employees that are granted access are listed under the "Indio Team" tab on your Team Management page.
To access, navigate to Admin > Team Management > Indio Team
Indio employees granted access will automatically be deactivated after 30 days, but brokerage admin users are able to deactivate them any time prior. Simply click "Deactivate Agent" next to the user.
You can also view Pending and Deactivated Indio Team members using the corresponding tabs, just like you can for the agents.
