Agents can now choose to turn off notifications for any given submission. If you are assigned to a submission, you now have the ability to choose whether or not you receive notification emails about that submission.
How it works:
1. On the Submissions page for a client click on the overflow menu and choose "Manage Agent Notifications"
Or, if you are already viewing the submission, click on the "Actions" menu and choose "Manage Agent Notifications"
2. On the Manage Submission Notifications screen set notifications to on or off for any assigned agent. Setting an agent to "Off" means they will not receive notification emails regarding activity on this submission.
Agents set to "Off" will, however, continue to see activities in the Account Activity tab on the Accounts page and on the Activity page for that client. Activities will also be listed in the Daily Summary email, if they have that enabled.
3. When your notifications are set to "Off" for a specific Submission, there will be an icon next to the Submission name denoting that they are off for you.
