Agents can now choose to turn off specific notification emails of their choosing.
How it works:
1. As an agent, navigate to your "My Profile and Settings" and click on the "Notifications" tab:
2. Toggle on/off Notification emails:
Please note: Toggling any of the notifications to off turns off the instant email notifications, but it does not remove the activities from showing up in the agent’s activity feed or the daily summary email if they have that enabled.
