How it works:
1. After a client reviews and updates a submission inside the Client Portal, then the agent can View Schedule Changes by navigating to the Schedules List View and clicking on "View Changes" button:
1a. As an agent, when you visit the Schedules List view, you can now see all comments made from the insured and other agents:
2. As an agent, you can then view changes by the different schedules and sections (added, edited, deleted):
2a. Added Section - Any rows added after the submission was viewed by a client for the first time will appear under the ‘Added’ Section:
2b. Edited Section - Any value changes in an existing row will appear under the ‘Edited’ section. All old values will have a crossed-out mark and all the new values will be highlighted:
2b. Edited Section - in addition, as the agent you will now be able to see any percentage changes made to a numerical value under the yellow 'Edited' section:
2b. Edited Section - You can also see who made the changes and when. Click the right arrow (">") for a row to expand and show the change history. Click the down arrow for a row to collapse and hide the change history.
2c. Deleted Section - Any row deleted completely will show up under the ‘Deleted’ section.
2d. Added and then Deleted Section - Any rows that were added and then deleted will appear under the ‘Added and then Deleted’ section.
Renewed Submissions - Show Changes Since Option
Schedules on a renewed submission have an option for viewing schedule changes.
The "Submission was sent to client" option for a renewed submission shows changes made since the renewed submission was sent to the client. This is the default option.
The "Submission was renewed" option shows changes made since the renewed submission was created. This includes changes made by agents before the submission was sent to the client, so this will be a longer list of changes.
The Show Changes Since option does NOT apply to schedules that were not renewed with a submission. New schedules only show changes made since the submission was sent to a client.
