Why did we enable this feature?

Previously, when an agent opened the schedule workbook, schedules were being shown in alphabetical order. This order was often confusing and/or unintuitive to how an agent might want to organize or group the workbooks.

Benefits of the Feature:

This feature will allow agents to manually reorder schedule workbooks so that they may organize schedules in a way that is more convenient or intuitive to their personal preferences.

How Does the Feature Work:

Agents can now reorder schedules one of two ways:

  • Via Drag & Drop

  • Via Reorder Interface

Let's take a look at both.

Drag & Drop

  1. Agent hovers over new drag handle and tooltip displays.

  2. Agent drags the schedule to the desired position.

Reorder Interface

  1. Agent clicks the new Reorder button.

  2. Reorder drawer opens. Agent clicks down arrow for the Drivers schedule.

  3. Schedule is moved to its new position. Agent clicks done button.

  4. Drawer closes and schedules are now reordered.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs):

A: Down one place

Q: Will clicking the up arrow on the reorder interface move a schedule up one place or put it at the very top?

A: Up one place

Q: Will the reordering of schedules be retained upon renewal?

A: Yes
