What is it?
The Send to Client feature gives you the ability to message your client, attach the client portal link, and turn on Smart Reminders.
Benefits of the Feature:
It will help you save time and streamline your workflow by alleviating the need to send submissions to insureds via personal email.
How to Use the Feature:
Agent's Side: When you are ready to send your Insured the Client Portal link, press "Send (or Resend) to Client."
When clicking this option, you will be able to:
(1.) Select which Assigned Agent is sending the email
(2.) Select which contacts of the Insured should receive the message ("Full" or "No" access will be noted so you can be aware of which users can complete the forms you are sending)
(3.) Send a copy to all assigned agents: All assigned agents receive a copy of the email (except agent sending it)
(4.) Send me a copy: Agent sending email will receive a copy
(5.) Message: This is where you will craft your email message to your client contact(s)
(6.) Preview Message: You can preview the email which includes the message and your email signature
(7.) Set or confirm the Effective Date
(8.) Set or confirm the Due Date: This will determine the cadence of your Smart Reminders
(9.) Smart Reminders: Click here to turn it on. More information is included here
(10.) Send to Client: Send the message and Indio link to the contact(s) from within the Indio platform
Insured's Side: The following screenshot is an example of the email your insured will receive. They can see your company's logo at the top of the message. The Insured will also be able to see the Due Date set for this submission. If you have chosen an email signature, it will display at the bottom of the email.
Once they press “View and Complete,” it will take the Insured to the Indio login page.
