What is it?

Allows both agents and contacts the ability to add specific client contact(s) to have various access on workbooks, forms, and documents within the client portal.

Benefits of the feature:

Using this feature will allow certain individuals within a client's organization access and permission to specific questions and sections within an application. It will alleviate the need for important documents to be passed around an organization, prevent certain individuals from viewing confidential business information on insurance forms, and speed up the time it takes for insureds to complete submissions.

How the feature works (Agent):

After signing into Indio and navigating to a client's page, you will now see initials within circle icons on each application.

If you click on the circle icons, a pop-up will open showing you a detailed list of which contacts have access to this specific application. You can then remove a contact's access or grant them access to the entire application.

If you want to give a contact access to a specific section, you will need to open the application and click "Assign Contacts."

"Full Access" Contact:

  • Have full access to the entire application

  • See the other contacts that have access

  • Assign other contacts within their organization access to an entire application and/or specific sections

“Limited Access” Contact:

  • Can only see what’s specifically assigned to them (i.e. forms, schedule workbooks, etc.)

  • Depending on the permission options for the user:

    • They may only submit but cannot sign documents

    • They may be able to sign and submit.
