What is it?

The ability to download comments between you and your clients into the completed PDF

Benefit:

This feature will save you time and help keep all comments exchanged between you and your clients organized in one place for easy download

How does it work:

After you click “Download” on the application, the Download Form window will open.

From there, you will select “Include Comments” and press Next.

From there, you can select “All Comments” or only select the comments that are pertinent to the application that the carrier may require.

After you press “Download”, you will be able to find the comments at the end of the downloaded PDF in “Additional Comments”.
