You can download the changes for a schedule to a PDF or download the changes for all schedules to a single PDF.
How it works :
Download Changes for a Schedule
1. As an agent, from the Schedules List View and clicking on "View Changes" button:
2. Click on the 'Download' button in the top right-hand corner:
3. As an agent, you have two PDF Download options:
3a. Schedule Change Summary - a record of most recent changes made to the schedule since the last renewal.
3b. Full Schedule Change Summary - full record of all changes made to the schedule since the last renewal with date/time stamps and name of the person who made the change.
Download Changes for All Schedules to a Single PDF
1a. From the Schedules List, click the overflow menu button and then select the option: Download PDF of Changes to All Schedules.
Schedules appear on different pages in the PDF.
This applies to both PDF download formats-- the Change Summary (above) and the Change History (below).
1b. You can also select the option to download all schedules from within any of the schedules. Click the overflow menu button and then select the option: Download PDF of Changes to All Schedules.
