Why did we enable this feature?
Previously, when conditional questions existed inside of the repeatable questions table view, they were not being displayed/shown to the insured. This led to the client not being able to provide complete information for an insurance quote.
Benefits of the Feature
When a conditional question exists, and the insured has selected values in a parent field to trigger a conditional child question, the new field is now displayed as a new column next to the parent field. This allows the agent to gather complete data from the client in order to provide an insurance quote.
How Does the Feature Work?
The insured navigates to the repeatable page and clicks on the open schedule button
The insured clicks the Add New button
A new row is added to the repeatable: In this particular form, there are fields that contain conditional child fields if a specific value is selected.
Client completes fields and clicks the Save: In this case, the insured has selected values in a parent field that has triggered conditional child fields to display.
The new repeatable row collapses upon saving. The insured clicks the Verify Section checkbox.
The Unable to Verify Section modal is triggered. The insured clicks the View Table button.
The insured is navigated to the table view. The insured reviews the table, checks the Verify Section checkbox, and clicks the Done button.
Note: If a conditional child field has not been triggered, then the cell should be locked for that row. Clicking on a locked cell triggers a message that explains why it is locked. If a conditional child field has been triggered, then the cell should be unlocked for that row.
The insured is navigated back to the form: If a repeatable section is further down the form page, the insured will be scrolled to its position after clicking the Done button in the repeatable view or the table view.
